I like to think that MR T’s CATERING and FOOD SHACK is a bit different to the rest.
Well, for a start, I strive to ensure that everything I sell is made from local producers, or sourced from local suppliers.
All the meat I use is 100% British and produced by proud local butchers. Pork is all red tractor certified.
I also offer something more authentic as all my recipes come from my many travels whilst working in the television production industry. So you can be sure that my Pulled Pork uses the same ingredients you’ll find from South Carolina. So authentic that visiting American’s have commented on just how good it is!
Mr T’s Pulled Pork is as good as you’ll get back home in the States! It passes the American taste test! The meat is tasty, the BBQ sauce tangy and the ‘slaw devine!

So aside from innovative street food where you can find me hawking my wares at regular events across Norfolk, I can also be hired for various events, such as fetes, carnivals, corporate events, fund raisers or festivals. I can always scale up if needed with staff who have all gained their food safety awards.
I’m one of very few street food traders locally to gain a 5 star FSA award from my local council for health and hygiene and was one of only 200 street food traders to be nominated and included in the British Street Food App when it launched with a favorable write up from Richard Johnson, food writer of The Independent.
I take the food safety aspect of what I do as seriously as the food I serve. Couple that to a comprehensive Public Liability Policy and you’ll see that your safety, as well as your satisfaction with what I sell, is held in high regard!
